Can I bring a computer from another district?
Yes. Customers from Lara, Muratpaşa, Kepez, Döşemealtı, Aksu and other Antalya districts can bring their device to our Hurma address by appointment. This is the device intake location; please confirm the time before travelling.
How much will the repair cost?
The device, fault, compatible parts and data requirements determine the scope and price. Describe the problem first; the proposed work and estimate are clarified after diagnosis and before you approve the repair.
What should I bring?
Bring the laptop and its usual power adapter. Mention liquid damage, earlier repairs and whether important files are backed up. Please do not send passwords, recovery keys or private documents in your initial message.
Are you a manufacturer-authorized repair centre?
MKN Bilgisayar is an independent repair business. Manufacturer warranty work should be discussed with the manufacturer’s authorized support. For other repairs, compatible parts, timing and applicable repair terms are clarified for your device.
